Introducing: Longevity Power Bowl
This colorful, nutrient-packed bowl is easy to customize, quick to prep, and powerful enough to keep you thriving all afternoon — without the 3 PM slump.

 


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (or brown rice)

  • 1/2 cup chickpeas (cooked or canned, rinsed and drained)

  • 1 cup baby spinach or arugula

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp lemon juice (for dressing)

  • Pinch of sea salt and black pepper


Instructions:

  1. Layer the cooked quinoa at the bottom of a bowl.

  2. Top with spinach, chickpeas, avocado slices, shredded carrots, cucumber, and pumpkin seeds.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

  4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  5. Toss gently and enjoy immediately!
